Maskara Festival of Negros
The Maskara Festival most awaiting parade and street dancing, where people wear mask and colorful costumes. They celebrate the festival every October within 20 days Bocalenos and foreign tourist get the chance to enjoy it for many days. The Maskara Festival was inspired by a painter, cartoonist and cultural artist named Ely Santiago, who describes the people of Bacolod as happiest crowd in the Philippines. The smiling mask, symbolized the happy spirit of Negrenses.

Chicken Inasal
When it comes to chicken recipe, one of the most popular is the Inasal or the Bacolod's version of roasted chicken. It 's my favorite food menu whenever I go to weddings and other occasions (Yum!).
