Special Travel Delicacies

When we go out of town, one of the things we love to do instead of going into beautiful places is to taste the food specialty and delicacies of each town we visit. Delicacies that are originated from ancestors that is being cooked and served until now. We are blessed to have so many Recipes for delicacies that every city or town owned.


Baguio City

Popular City of Strawberries and Peanut Brittle. Favorite spot of some tourist and vacationist because of it's nice weather. Strawberries are not only use in delightful cakes and other desserts, Baguios famous strawberry is also the flavor of our favorite Taho. Most of the people who visit Baguio always try the strawberry taho, sweet and delicious and best to eat when still warm. Their popular Pasalubong called "Sundot-Kulangot" made of sweet bao and place into a small rounded coconut shell. You have to use your finger to eat the sweet bao that's why it's called Sundot-Kulangot.

Cebu City

Cebu as the oldest city in Philippines have a lot of inherit recipes. Cebu is not only well-known for Dried Mangos and Otap,our favorite food when we go to Simbang Gabi, the bibingka is also from Cebu. They say that Bibingka's original recipe comes in Mandaue Cebu. The mix of rice powder, coconut milk and tuba and top with grated coconut(niyog). Very Tasty and well served with hot chocolate.

Bulacan

Bulacan is the famous manufacturer of sweets candies like pastillas de leche, pastillas de yema, pastillas de ube, ube macapuno, and other candied fruits. They also have bisquits like Lengua de gato,Puto Seko,Barquillos,Minasa cookies and Broas.




These food delicacies will surely complete your trip. So you already know where to taste it.
