Chinatown or known as Ongpin, located in Binondo, Manila. A little town created by Chinese and Filipino-Chinese migrants who decided to lived and adapt to the Philippines. They been living here for so many years, some have already adjust to the our culture and treated our country as their own.
Bargain goods are very popular among Chinese, we Filipino enjoy shopping in Ongpin to buy clothes and furniture or eat Chinese noodles or siopao.
Chinese is very popular from being businessmen, their cultural beliefs, and their religious practices. They have influence us in some ways, like eating Chinese foods, Feng Sui, firecrackers and others. Chinatown gave us an opportunity to experience the real China.
True that the Chinese culture is very fascinating, even if they are foreign in our land they still practice their beliefs with respect to our culture also.
